South Sudan rebel groups refuse to sign latest draft of peace deal

There has been a setback after recent breakthroughs in South Sudan’s peace process. The rebel groups loyal to former vice president Riek Machar have refused to sign the latest draft of a peace deal with the Juba government that is aimed at ending the country’s five-year civil war.
